Using specific epithelial cell markers, Epicell has purified normal breast epithelial cells using magnetic bead separation techniques.  We can supply you with these cells, either freshly purified or after one passage in culture depending on your research needs.

Our aliquots of 2 million primary epithelial cells can either be used directly for RNA, DNA and protein analysis, or they can be expanded after 2 passages in culture up to 30 million cells for growth and cytotoxicity assays or staining experiments.

 

Since we have extensive experience of using these normal breast cells for our own experiments we will be happy to discuss your particular requirements prior to placing an order and give you any advice that you may need.
